Michelle W. was professional, kind and caring introduction to GrandCare Health in home PT. I now know why using a walker, even if I didn't need it was important at least for the first few days to help keep swelling down. Oops. Kathy W. Is an awesome, caring, understanding and great Physical Therapist to have at your side as you are recuperating from your surgery. I had total hip replacement surgery. She is punctual, and gives you 24 hours of advance notice prior to her arrival. She taught me how to do exercises that were applicable to my needs. They were not always easy but definitely rewarding in the long run. If you ever need an amazing physical therapist, give Kathy a try she does not disappoint .
I had a great experience with GrandCare. They were quick to call me and set up home visits after my knee replacement surgery. My therapist, Alan was amazing. So kind and understanding. He gave me great exercises and motivated me to make the most of them. I could not be happier.
My physician ordered home health care after my knee replacement. They have been exceptional! Jelani my physical therapist is always prompt, respectful & very kind. I’ll miss him when my services end. He has great communication skills and always kept me updated on his appointments. Bonus he is a dog person, always gave attention to my 2 dogs. I’m very happy with the care I have received.
GrandCare is excellent. Everyone on the team is communicative and knowledgeable and skilled. They arrange home visits and are a great follow up after surgery when we’re not feeling our best. All the therapists are friendly and wonderful. I do not recall a lot of names because I had visits with different therapists. But I do remember Hojin because he helped me in 2020 when I had my first hip replacement. He’s just as great as ever giving me lots of dos and don’ts! Get your pen poised!
