Leah was my physical therapist and Hojin was my nurse. Leah was so thorough, kind and attentive, I truly couldn’t ask for better care. She really helped restore motion after knee replacement surgery with strong message and challenging stretching exercises. Hojin helped me with several issues that I had after surgery. He was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He made me feel completely cared for. He was truly the best nurse by far. What a great team!
Very pleased and grateful for GrandCare. Michelle Walters was excellent for intake and closure. And the physical therapist Dino was fantastic !! A great fit. Very knowledgeable and encouraging and great patient care. Wish we could have continued with him. He got us through the difficult post surgery weeks. Thank you all very much for coming by with such great professional care !
My first in-home visit was scheduled the day after surgery. Unfortunately, the therapist was ill and I wasn’t aware until she didn’t show up for our scheduled appointment. I called the coordinator who quickly scheduled another physical therapist, Danny, to come out to my house. He was fabulous… on-time, thorough and answered all my questions. I am writing on behalf of my mom. My mom had a knee cap surgery and required physical therapy. Grand Care Health Service contacted us and send the nurse to my mom’s house for initial health check and than a PT was there to evaluate and assigned exercises for my mom to follow. Physical Therapists Alan and Michael did an excellent jobs. They are patience and very thorough with their instructions on the exercise sessions and provided good recommendations. I highly recommend GrandCare Home Health Care. They contacted me in a timely manner and set up an appointment for the Physical Therapist to visit the day after I came home from the hospital. Sean( the PT) is excellent…very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He was familiar with my case on his first app’t. He shows up on time and lets me know if he will be delayed.
