I had the best physical therapist in the world. Angel was knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel like I was on the right track. I'm just sorry that I was only approved for two visits from her. I would have really enjoyed a couple more visits and feel like I could have gotten more therapy with a couple more visits but I don't know who decides how many visits so that is out of my control. This is the 2nd time my family has used GrandCare & their services & staff have been wonderful each time. Lan was wonderful with setting up the initial appointment. My family member was blessed to have the incredible PT duo Clint and Peter implement a superb plan of care while delivering customized treatment with kindness and professionalism that lead to her successful progression. Grandcare Health set up my in home PT for my total knee replacement very quickly and easily. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful during my care. She is professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and sets clear expectations and goals for your therapy. I appreciated her communication when confirming appointments and she always brought a cheerful and supportive attitude that was welcome during what can be a challenging time.
Chelsea was so knowledgeable and caring that she inspired me to embrace my Physical Therapy with much more dedication than I ever thought possible. Her guidance made all the difference in healing after my total knee replacement. Her expertise and professionalism gave me techniques that will last far into my recovery. It was an extremely wonderful experience to have them come to my house. After surgery it's difficult to know what to do without constantly calling the doctor. They were there to answer my questions and help me to move and do the right things at the right time. Kathy, Danny and Brian were all fabulous at helping and directing my initial recovery.
