My wife has been at Sunrise PH s for 4 months and so far, it is going very well. The Caregiving Staff, the Nurses, the Activities Directors , Maintenance Department , Phys. Therapy Staff, The 3 Receptionists , Chef Staff and of course, the Operations Mgr. & Site Director. are all very kind to her and responsive with me. My mother used Sunrise of Prospect Heights for a respite stay as we transitioned her housing after a medical emergency. This was the easiest, and best, decision that we could have made. The facilities are immaculate, the staff warm and welcoming, and the nursing care far exceeds many of the other facilities we engaged with. My 95 year old sister took a nasty fall and broke a leg and an arm about three months ago. I was told by many doctors that she would have to move into hospice at a nursing home when she was done with rehab. After many hours of researching nursing homes I was encouraged by my son to check out the Sunrise facility in Prospect Heights.
