We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion Sunrise showed our parents. The staff treated them with genuine kindness, patience, and dignity - always making them feel safe, comfortable, and respected. What truly stuck out was how they cared for our parents as if they were members of their own family, going above and beyond in both the big moments and the small, everyday interactions. I love living here. Very friendly residents and helpful staff. Lots of activities (if you choose to join in) Very comfortable and bright rooms! Home away from home.
Sunrise of Prospect heights is a wonderful place to have a loved one Stay. The staff is amazing, my Aunt was a resident until she passed. It is the small things that solidify this a a great retirement community. As of this writing all members of the staff truly make you feel like you’re family.
The resident caregivers are wonderful. They are kind, patient and are interested in providing TLC to the residents. The receptionists, Yvonne, Pam are welcoming and wonderful.
