Granda Consulting were the certifiers for the previous owner of a property I purchased last year. Recently did a transfer of PCA from another company (who were being very difficult) to Granda so that we could get our Final/Whole OC sorted. Sue and her team made the process very streamlined and helped us get our Final OC with no hassle. John came in and did a final inspection for it and was friendly and helpful.
