We just had the BEST experience with Grand Wheelchair and technician Brian. He came to my mother’s assisted living community to do wheelchair maintenance/repair on my mom’s wheelchair. He was extremely patient, professional, and understanding of my mother’s limitations. He took his time addressing the issues with the wheelchair and thoroughly explained all options. We were so appreciative of Brian’s knowledge and obvious experience interacting with elderly people. Highly recommend Grand Wheelchair.

Visited this store to look into temporarily renting a wheelchair. I really appreciated the ability to try out different chairs as well as the ability to rent one on a temporary basis. They only had one chair available for rental, but had several chairs to try out if we wanted to purchase one instead. I greatly appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase nor rent and felt able to explore them without this pressure.

Mike was super friendly, informative and helpful. We didn't find the walker that fit all of my grandma's needs but Mike was knowledgeable and courteous in answering our questions and providing suggestions. We left with more insight and understanding of what could best fit our needs.

My son took his chair there. They kept it for months to do some simple repairs to it. Not only did it take forever to get done but they didn't do half the repairs that were requested. He ordered a chair through them. They didn't fit him for the chair he had to submit the order form to them and he had to enter all the measurements which is something that they should be doing as they are the "professionals" now we are trying to call them and no one picks up.
