Recently stayed at Grand West Village Resort and had a fine experience with the lodging itself. However, the management company was terrible and really took away from the overall stay.
Recently stayed here with my family for a week over the 4th of July holiday. Full disclosure I had rented a house in town for two weeks through Marriott Homes and Villas and this management company canceled my reservation (which had been booked 6 months in advance) with less than 24 hrs notice while my family was en route from Chicago, Arkansas and Denver).
