Tight dock, listen to the reviews. They open at 7 for receiving, give them a couple minutes to get situated. Forklift guy was real cool, chopped it up with him for a bit, and they got me unloaded right away. Took me about 10 minutes to get into the dock. Aim for 1 or 2 if you can. Over all in and out under a hour.
Hard to back in, but the staff were great, was loaded in 40 mins. Thank you!
this place STUART HALE 4350 W OHIO STREET CHICAGO, IL 60624 SUCKS!!! They make you wait for a long time for deliveries or pickups, the Guy with the forklift yelling the drivers, he does not respect it all, their system sucks take too long I don't know who manage what kind of company is ashame.
I recently came to this warehouse to pick up a load, and the entrance for driver check-in is very unsafe, I had to climb up a dock door and to go out kinda jump down. which is not only inconvenient but also unsafe. There were no proper stairs or ramps, just an awkward and unprofessional entry point. This needs to be addressed for the safety of drivers. I hope management takes this seriously and makes improvements.
