Overall it’s a reasonable community. However, there are some things to know. All I’ll say is GET A 3RD PARTY INSPECTION before putting any money down on a unit here. Do not assume because the unit is brand new there cannot possibly be anything wrong. I have personally had to submit about 25 warranty claims within six months and getting warranty work done is not always easy. If items are found on the inspection require they are fixed in full BEFORE paying any money.

Currently, there is an ongoing lawsuit regarding construction defects against this contractor. I would not recommend purchasing from this builder. They prioritize speed over quality, which results in significant damage to the property.
Had an awesome buying experience here, with help from Natalie Lovell who was always responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Really appreciate the amount of time and effort she put into the entire process, and would highly recommend working with her and joining the community!
