Micah greeted us warmly with compassion and kindness. She explained all of the fees and options. She was able to find us a room that perfectly matched our needs. The room was huge with high ceilings, beautiful drapes, nice furniture and great lighting. The bed was fantastic. It was firm, supportive with clean soft linens. The tv worked well and had some movie channels and a channel guide. Water dispenser was in the fitness center, which was open until 12 am. No wipe down stuff, so bring your own. I would have to say that the have the best housekeeper the breakfast is better than the hotels close by. Also everyone who works at the front desk is very respectful

One of the best hotel experiences my family and I have had. The first moment we arrived we were greated to Lorrie, one of the best human beings on this earth. She proceeded to give my kids an Easter basket and toy and absolutely made their whole trip. From there we went to our comfortable room and then went to the pool where the kids got to meet other kids and make friends.
