(Updated Sep 2025): GV Group doesn't disappoint! After having consultation with Frank, I set up my target and have been carefully executing it. I have then managed to engage GV group further to find my first ever investment property. They have been very very professional, Frank later on helped me to find the investment property that matches my criteria, and Peter assisted me in going through the process during the offer and pre-settlement. Pretty poor lackluster service, you need to pay $800 for a Consultation but you have no idea, no indication not even a sales pitch to give you confidence. And no you don't speak to Frank at all and if you did pay him it's only a teams meeting. Worse than seeing a lawyer. Then $15000 to help you find a property. If you are a complete noob in property investing then yeah BUT then pretty much ANYONE or ANY AGENT will be of help to you. Frank has been amazing to learn from. He’s super patient and takes the time to explain everything in a way that actually makes sense. I’ve picked up so much knowledge thanks to him. You can really tell he cares and wants you to understand, not just rush through things. Really appreciate his help.
