The Grand Villas At Tuscan Lake Manager and Staff are great and very Professional. I was once part of the Team for the Maintenance erea. It is a great Company and place to work with to where you feel home to your family everyday. The Property Manager ( Nancy Garivey) Whom I, admire the most. I've lived here for 6 months and was so excited to move into this apartment after looking at so many that didn't have the upkeep that Grand Villas has... The property is well manicured and the maintenance staff is great. However, after moving in, I began to experience noise from my upstairs neighbor- not just an isolated "loud music" incident but I'm talking loud stomping, things being dropped on the floor, the dog scurrying back and forth across the floor, vacuuming, etc. and it literally sounds like this person is going to... read more
