Elias, took me in a tour and it was absolutely amazing! His customer service was impeccable! The apartment was amazing!!
Maintenance is always kind and professional when fixing a request. They always do them in a timely manner. If they can’t because it’s a more complicated request, they give accurate timeframes of when it will be completed.
We recently toured with Elias Murillo at Grand Villas, he was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. He answered all questions and very detailed oriented and helpful, it was a pleasure to tour with him. He kept me updated on a 3 bedroom that we wanted to tour the layouts. I am moving out and I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Me and my family went multiple times to the main office and requested to be changed to a bigger apartment of 3 rooms and the only response we receive was ”we don’t have any room for you by the time your lease end” and they could not accommodate us for an early time unless we paid a fee of almost $1500 between transfer and applicant fees which in my opinion is not acceptable.
