We recently toured with Elias Murillo at Grand Villas, he was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. He answered all questions and very detailed oriented and helpful, it was a pleasure to tour with him. He kept me updated on a 3 bedroom that we wanted to tour the layouts. I am moving out and I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Me and my family went multiple times to the main office and requested to be changed to a bigger apartment of 3 rooms and the only response we receive was ”we don’t have any room for you by the time your lease end” and they could not accommodate us for an early time unless we paid a fee of almost $1500 between transfer and applicant fees which in my opinion is not acceptable. The property is completely infested, and the maintenance team is absolutely useless. Don’t expect any help from them. One of my commodes was blocked, and it took them almost TWO MONTHS to even look at it — their excuse? ‘Use the other one.’ On top of that, water keeps overflowing in bathroom, and the old, AC units are a health hazard. And if that’s not enough, they’ll try extra charges when you move out, Stay far away.

Maintenance will not fix anything on a weekend. They expect tenets to go without a Washer, Dryer,Oven, Fridge etc..over a weekend. This owner and management team is NOT customer friendly like they used to be in the past.
