Spend hours with you setting everything up and telling you "everything is fine" then when asked questions, AFTER LOVED ONES DEATH, the don't return calls. When pressed for answers they finally tell you. "OH WE DON'T HONOR THAT DIGNITY POLICY, WE CAN'T HELP YOU!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS & LYING FRAUDSTERS!!!
