The only positive aspect of this visit was the office staff, who were polite and professional. My experience with Dr. Patel was entirely negative. I scheduled a physical but was given a medication review instead, with no acknowledgment that my appointment type had been changed. She did not ask about my concerns, goals, or the steps I’ve been taking to support my health. Her approach was rigid, limited to vaccines, statins, blood pressure, and blood sugar medications. I saw Dr Butler and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. She was condescending, rude, hostile, and belittling toward me. I went in with genuine ongoing health concerns and she didn’t even hear me out. I am a medical professional as well and was shocked at her poor patient care and terrible bedside manner. She treated me like I was not worth her time. I don’t know how she is even still practicing medicine at this point. Wow. I am not typically one to write negative reviews, but this experience I had here was beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. I tried to call the office to discuss this, but of course I was forwarded to the after hours line even though they were open for another hour. We saw Dr. Jennifer Butler and I couldn’t believe how condescending and rude she was. That was unreal to me.
