Conveniently located at High point and pleasant atmosphere with kind staffs
This practice is horrible. I went in for an annual check up. Melissa was super impersonal. She ordered routine blood work and then after missing the call from her to discuss my results she refused to call me back and discuss them and demanded that I come in for an appointment. The office demanded that I pay for an appointment to go over routine blood work. DO NOT go to this office. You will not be treated well. I am sad that I wasted my time here. Here's my first negative review on the internet, ever. Alongside my 18 year-old son, we made an appointment at this practice to transition him from pediatric care. The reviews for the doctors are glowing, which is rare. He did not get the opportunity to see a doctor, however, because we were 10 minutes late. We acknowledge the mistake and requested some grace as we had just endured a harrowing day of air travel earlier that morning, working on just a few hours of sleep.
