So glad I found these guys - real professionals. Their work speaks for itself. I had Jorge and his team completely rehab my front yard in Tampa Palms, and it turned out great. I have lived in this home for 22 yrs I did my own lawns and maintenance during that time until my wife was in a car accident which she was in a coma for 6 months and not to live she lost her eyes and neck broken why am I saying first is I have had several lawn care to take over during that time up till I hired Grandview I was disappointed in the workman ship I was getting and paying a price for. Terrible company that left me in a bind. Grand View had been doing the lawn at a rental property I have in Seven Oaks for almost 2 years. They did a somewhat decent job, although my tenant complained they were not consistent, often missing weeks. The tenant gave notice to vacate. We found a new tenant that was willing to handle the lawn care on her own (meaning not included in the rent). I gave Grand View the required 30 days notice, letting them know why. If I could give them a 0 I would. I paid for the initial lawn clean up and then signed up for weekly mowing, I would have done bi-weekly but they said that was too far apart. My lawn was scheduled to be cut on fridays, when the time for the second mow came around there was no one here. When I texted them they said it was due to rain, fair enough, but you would expect that someone comes to cut it on monday, wrong, no one came till the following friday.
