Very sweet and helpful😄
It’s been 1 week since I had an ultrasound, and still no results. This is unacceptable. How can such a big network be unable to get this completed sooner? This delays diagnosis and treatment. Do better.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I historically get faint anytime Ive had a mammogram previously. Grandview has some new machine that takes much less time and is WAY more comfortable. The tech (Samantha) was absolutely amazing. So gentle and kind…checking with me the whole time to make sure I felt okay. I wont be going anywhere else for this!
The worst service humanly possible. Nobody in this department knows how to properly schedule an appointment.
