The many times I have gone for my annual the front dest is excellent people. But the doctors never said anything to me I felt like it was robotic and I am 65 this time I finally changed. They never talked abut anything it's weird.
I love the doctors here! The front desk staff is pretty great! The young medical assistant is really sweet. The older medical assistant is really rude!
I was there April 8, 2021. It was my new patient appointment. I did all paper work, I had refferal. And I waited for appointment for three month. I figured that as new patient without problems it is OK. If I have problems in the future it will be faster. Dr. Hamilton is the absolute best! She goes out of her way to make sure all your questions are answered. She works with you to address all your concerns rather than simply telling you what to do. She wants to make sure the both of you are always on the same page and comfortable. I trust her opinion and she is an exceptional doctor with amazing bedside manner.
