Yesterday was my first time visiting Grand View Health Ob/gyn at this location. Margie, the receptionist, greeted me and got me checked in right away. Liz, the medical assistant, called me back within 10 seconds of me taking a seat in the waiting room. She was super sweet and easy going. By the time I was ready to see Dr. Boylan I checked my phone and it was 2:30, which was my appointment time, and Dr. Boylan was in within a minute. It was so nice not having to wait around!
