I was recently seen at Grand View ER for high blood pressure. Everyone was wonderful and a special shout out to Amanda M and Michelle C for going above and beyond.
When I first got to the hospital on June 9, everything was great. The overnight staff was wonderful. The doctor that I saw at that time was great and he was the one that admitted me for my asthma attack that I had but since that moment it went absolutely downhill. I was told I was being admitted however they “did not have any rooms available upstairs” so I had to stay in an uncomfortable emergency room for over 18 hours I was not ever seen by another doctor until the following day around 1:00 PM and that wasn’t even an actua... read more
Very long wait time for a 3 year old head injury.
Terrible. We waited three hours and continue to wait. What kind of ambulance is this if you have to wait so long?
