We just walked out. I watched 3 guards walk around for over two hours. Fire one and put more staff in the ER. It’s an emergency room so hurry up! Your billboards on 309 read all A’s and five stars. Maybe your executive staff and marketing should look at real online rankings. Not good. Won’t come back. The two ladies I spoke to were nice but this is business. Not impressed.
After being rudely met at registration, we were told they could not give us an estimated wait time because they are a trauma center, so they dont know when anyone would be seen. No one gets a room or sees a doctor until they are ready to be discharged. Almost all the staff we interacted with were rude as well. Overall very poor experience.
I came to this hospital after St Luke’s dismissed me several times only diagnosing me with “anxiety.” I don’t have insurance & I think that played a huge part as well. I called grandview letting them know what happened & they told me to come right in. I got the results I didn’t enjoy but that I needed. I was recently seen at Grand View ER for high blood pressure. Everyone was wonderful and a special shout out to Amanda M and Michelle C for going above and beyond.
When I first got to the hospital on June 9, everything was great. The overnight staff was wonderful. The doctor that I saw at that time was great and he was the one that admitted me for my asthma attack that I had but since that moment it went absolutely downhill. I was told I was being admitted however they “did not have any rooms available upstairs” so I had to stay in an uncomfortable emergency room for over 18 hours I was not ever seen by another doctor until the following day around 1:00 PM and that wasn’t even an actua... read more
