This was the first time I had to plan a funeral. To be honest I was a bit uneasy as my aunt had had a bad experience with her husband and I had heard lots of horror stories. Dina Escobedo Tamez sat with us. Gave us options. And never tried to manipulate us into going with the most expensive. Dina and Pamela Klinegardner worked with us and was very patient. It was a very good experience I want to publicly thank Dina and Pamela for being so patient and for listening to our needs.
