Sent me to the wrong Psychiatric ward it was St. Luke's Quakertown. Only ment for people that are in a higher level of care who are actively suicidal and want to harm others physically.

3 hrs later i i walked out. . What a joke of a emergency room. Yoi took my blood and just left me there. Sayin u cant leave . 3 hrs and norhing . The people before me waited 2 hrs for what yall to tell her what i told her her foot wasnt broken at all. . Hire more doctors not security

We just walked out. I watched 3 guards walk around for over two hours. Fire one and put more staff in the ER. It’s an emergency room so hurry up! Your billboards on 309 read all A’s and five stars. Maybe your executive staff and marketing should look at real online rankings. Not good. Won’t come back. The two ladies I spoke to were nice but this is business. Not impressed.

After being rudely met at registration, we were told they could not give us an estimated wait time because they are a trauma center, so they dont know when anyone would be seen. No one gets a room or sees a doctor until they are ready to be discharged. Almost all the staff we interacted with were rude as well. Overall very poor experience.
