Janell never got an estimate over to us, even after I called her and asked. Unfortunate
Satisfied but... I worked with Darrald on a deck and even though his company seemed expensive he gave us the best pitch and seemed to have good crews, so we went him Grandview. I am satisfied with the deck construction, but was not happy with the timeline it took! If you are a patient person the end product is worth it - and yes that should be the end-goal. But if you are looking for a speedy project this might not be the company for you.
