If I could leave a 0 star review I would, never in my 18 years on this planet have I received worse customer support. Not only did the 1 arrive FIFTEEN minutes late, when I asked for a transfer to 6 he said and I quote "no problem." He then picks up the radio hovers it infront of his mouth for a second then puts it back! When we arrive to the bus station there is no 6, not only does he say nothing to me about it and drive away, when I called the office they said the busses only have to wait THREE minutes past. GVT is totally unreliable. A bus running on time seems to be the exception not the rule. Their fleet consists of buses in such a state of disrepair that some of them feel unsafe to ride.
