Bought a property with a boiler installed by brandon heating and plumbing. They referred us to grand valley mechanical for service work. Called to book a service tech to come and orient us to the system, maintenance and how to troubleshoot. First service call was decent and work was completed. Overall the experience was medium. I had a great experience with the gas furnace technician dispatched by Grand Valley Mechanical (Scott). He arrived quickly and was very professional. He clearly knew that he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain what was going on. I appreciate his honesty and straightforward approach. I would recommend him to anyone needing reliable furnace repair.
I had no heat in my home on a -30 evening. Contacted these guys on a after hours service call, their technician Rick had me up and going with heat in no time. He threw in a few laughs along with the quality service, lol. Highly recommend these guys, they will help you out 24/7.
