Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with would give zero stars if it was an option. Everytime I have made an appointment the tech has been over an hour late or did not write down the appointment or is not aware of the appointment at all. I don't know how you can run a buisness like this? Oh wait your customers have to tolerate this nonesense because if they dont they face legal consequences.
