I felt directly with the owner 90% of the time. My first impression was not good. I was referred by whatever service based on my address. We went to the Tempe location on a Sunday afternoon as we were told they were open until 7PM on Sundays. We arrived to a broken down half way open garage with no employees at all at the location. We waited around for about 45 minutes and then finally the owner showed up acting all nonchalant and bragging about how he has great reviews. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with would give zero stars if it was an option. Everytime I have made an appointment the tech has been over an hour late or did not write down the appointment or is not aware of the appointment at all. I don't know how you can run a buisness like this? Oh wait your customers have to tolerate this nonesense because if they dont they face legal consequences.
