I went to Grand Valley Dentistry for a cleaning after going 4 years without one. I was very nervous about being at a dentist again and about what they might find wrong. The staff themselves were very nice and good about explaining and answering my questions. That's what got them an extra star because the people there want to do their best to help you. I love this places both my daughter go here and they love it. And because we live over a hour away if they have a lot of work that needs to be done they will break it up into 2 appointments and do half the mouth one day and the next appointment do the rest and that really helps when u live fare away and they always get my girls in together so that saves so much time and driving for Me . AI Chat on their website is not helpful. All the Phone Numbers for GVD disconnects your call before you can talk to someone. I was told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment for a new patient and was never contacted. Might be a scam.
