I came to Grand Valley Dentistry when they were first open and recruiting new patients. I got an appointment the next day. That was 6 months ago and I have been trying to reschedule a cleaning for over a month. The first call I left a voice message and got no reply. The second call I got an AI generated robot answer and still received no call back. The third and forth calls were answered by a recorded voice mail and have not been answered. This office is a joke. Automated answering system, no one ever calls you back, can never speak to a real person. They sent out text messages saying we owed $1.50 so since I could not get anyone on the phone and went in and paid the $1.50’and it took forever to get a receipt. My husband needs major work to be done, they said they would call back for appt and never heard a single thing. We canceled our appt for cleaning in the fall and will be going to another office for the work my husband need as I don’t trust that this offi... read more

I DO NOT recommend this dental office based on our experience. My husband paid in full for a custom bite guard over two and half months ago, and he still hasn’t received it. We’ve repeatedly had to contact the office ourselves for updates because there has been very little proactive communication. Each time we inquire, we’re given another explanation or promised delivery date, only for that date to come and go. We will never go back here and we were patients for a few years what a big mistake. They don’t know how to do billing and send patients bills from service done years ago then threaten to send you to collections for it. Yet we never received any bills. We paid what we were told at the time of service. My husband and I all got bills for the whole family the other day for services back nearly two years.
