I don’t like to write negative reviews but unfortunately this is the only form of action left a customer. Also will be writing BBB. They no longer carry my insurance and not willing to stand behind a crown that was done this year. It has already been paid for and they won’t even check it and maybe grind it down. This left a very bad impression (no pun intended). So please consider a different dentist that cares about patients and not just “ gotcha” on legal terms. Dr Joe and Kara rock! They’re my fav duo- ask to be seen by them! I have insurance that is no longer being taken here and found a new place but still wanted to jump on here and give a review because they have been so great to me. Overall the practice is beautiful. Everyone is friendly. They have multiple drink choices in a fridge where you grab yourself in the waiting room making it so you feel at home. I have always felt safe and respected. Very rude reception lady answered the phone. I called today at 4:14 pm, so whoever answered really needs help with their customer service. I will not ever recommend anyone here , and I will not ever take services here.
I have been going to grand valley dentist for 5 yrs it's was a wonderful place just this past year it has become increasingly bad. My teeth was not clean properly. Had bad experience since no hygienist to clean teeth I would not recommend until they got there act together
