I've been calling for almost 40 mins straight just trying to get my X-rays transfered bc I have an emergency tooth that needs to get fixed and they won't answer the phone. I keep getting their ai assistant which is no help at all, and to top it all off, once you hit the rock roll hold music, that means they aren't gonna pick up. Worst experience ever. And now imma be out more money bc I have to pay for x rays outta pocket to get my tooth fixed

never, I repeat NEVER would I come to this office for the AI assistance alone. I asked to speak to someone more than 5 times in the 5 minutes I was attempting to get through the prompts with their "AI assistant" where it repeatedly attempted to hang-up on me stating "ill get you connected to someone right away, are you still there? seems like a bad connection, please call us back" I had several questions before I made an appointment and I am now onto the next office on my list. The day before my appointment (25 hours) they call to tell me they are changing office hours and won’t be able to have 1pm appointments. Horrible customer service when people take time off work for these appointments.
