Suzanne is the best! She knows me by name and is always so sweet and attentive! Highly recommend Grand valley bank for a good home town feeling banking experience
Awesome local partner; Pete the Bank Manager is bar none the best in town and has the customer experience nailed! The Teller Suzanne is always cheerful, knowledgeable and quick to help and get things done! Great group of people!
I deposited a check and received less cash through the drive up. The service was great. Suzanne handled the transaction quickly and called me by name. She inquired after anything else I might need. Wonderful service.
They are honest!
Walked in, asked a simple question and the lady at counter was snide rude and VERY in customer service oriented.
