Took my Camry here for a 300kkm service. After the visit, the touch screen, physical buttons around the screen and on the steering wheel don’t work at all except the volume and change track button. Makes the infotainment completely un-usable aside from my phone which auto pairs and can play music. I took the car back and asked for an explanation and they denied any wrongdoing and claimed they never did any work inside the car. Just had my car serviced here and honestly, really impressed. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary stuff — which I appreciate. The service was done within the timeframe they promised and they even gave the car a quick clean, which was a nice touch. Pricing was fair for the work done. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d definitely come back for the next service.
Went in with a broken side mirror and wipers assembly, boys at grandtyres have fixed them immediately in an hour. very efficient and helpful. reasonable prices as well. I appreciate the efforts of Badar and Shaihaan for fixing my car quickly.
