RecommendedI bought a two person hammock for my boyfriend and I to use hiking and biking. Turns out the boyfriend was trash but my Grand Trunk hammock is the best summer companion I could have ever asked for.
I would like to say thanks to Grand Trunk for a speedy warranty replacement for me. You guys are awesome, your equipment is awesome! I recommend your products to anyone. We have two hammocks and strap kits and they are one of our best purchases for our hiking adventures. We will be doing business with you guys till the doors close. Thanks guys
I’ve had two of their hammocks for a 3 years now. Fantastic product and I get one for my nieces and nephews on their 10th birthday!
I'm not very impressed with the product for the price I have the skeeter beeter my friend has an Amazon hammock with way more features for a quarter of the price his has removable bugnet extra meterial at the foot to keep the net away from your face and it came with way better webbing straps not the cheap rope however I do recommend the grand trunk tarp it is well made and has a bunch of tie down locations
I am disappointed with customer service/retention/loyalty. There was apparently a problem with their web page. Even after showing them screen shots and several calls of their advertised deal, they would not stand behind what was advertised. They said "it shouldn't be out there" but again, I sent prove. I have sent a follow up email and a message on messenger to try to speak to someone who will take care of this issue in a customer friendly way. My brother had the American flag hammock and someone it tore almost in half and I fell to the ground. We emailed them and they sent us a brand new one!! Great customer service!! I would recommend them to anyone!
