Amber and the Grand Value Rental team are exceptional. She goes above and beyond and our of her way to make things happen for you as a customer. Within 30 minutes, she was working on putting together a last minute event full of inflatables and equipment for our organization. We have been using them for years and will continue to do business with them for years to come thanks to the customer service, kindness, and dedication of people like Amber.

A HUGE shout out to this company for saving the day!! After another company dropped the ball and never delivered our inflatable because "he spaced it and didn't add me to his schedule" for August 31st for our Labor Day family cookout...Amber at Grand True Value Rental got us one on the 31st (the day of our party).
