AS A BRIDE- if you go with this location, call and keep calling the day it's supposed to show up. They called us n told us it's getting loaded n will be here shortly then 3 hours later we called again n they said yes they are running behind but will be there shortly, 1-2 hours later we finally called again which is when we got told it will be delivered Saturday morning (the day of our wedding). Very good workers, nice company to rent from.
Rented a power auger for post holes. Service was very friendly and fast. Rate was fair. But it wouldn't auger into the ground at all. Tip was very dull. Was trying to dig into regular candy loam type soil. Dug 3 holes to one using a manual post hole digger. Told them it didn't work when I returned it. Guy said thanks. Didn't offer a refund or anything. I thought that was kinda crappy.
Amber and the Grand Value Rental team are exceptional. She goes above and beyond and our of her way to make things happen for you as a customer. Within 30 minutes, she was working on putting together a last minute event full of inflatables and equipment for our organization. We have been using them for years and will continue to do business with them for years to come thanks to the customer service, kindness, and dedication of people like Amber.
