Horrible trip. I would give this zero stars but google won't let me. They advertise the trolly with ac. Which does not work and reading through the reviews it hasn't worked for a year.

Horrible experience. Had to wait 2 hours for the Grand Trolley to get to Market Street Plaza. Couldn't buy our tickets there either because they apparently don't sell tickets at Market Street Plaza. Bad A/C, too hot. Almost flew off my seat beca use of the lack of seatbelts on the trolley. On the positive side, the tour was good, narration was very informative, and Perry, our driver, added a lot of funny touches which made the experience a little better.
