Kareena booked us the most beautiful and relaxing girls trip to Live Aqua Cancún! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to escape the healthcare world for a week. I went on my first yoga retreat with Grand Travel & Kai Wellness and all I can say is wow, life changing. I gained so much peace and so much purpose on this trip. I found two things I never knew I needed, watsu therapy and sound healing. So much so I had to bring a bowl home with me and I’m so glad I did. This was truly a trip I will never forget and I will always speak on. I can’t wait for the next retreat with Kai Wellness! Count me in for all future retreats to come.

My husband and I just had a baby and we knew when he was just old enough that we wanted to take him to our favorite place—Mexico!! Kareena helped us with every detail and made sure we were set up with all of my (many) requests. Nothing was missed. She was so patient on every call with me.
