Henry from sales department was no 1 sale person. I have been to lots of Toyota branches and sales people been very pushy and sometimes disrespectful. But Henry's honesty, politeness, trustfulness on a random visit 2 years ago, made me to go back and buy my new car with a peace of mind. I bought my brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid in April 2024 , have had regular services and all good until my right front wheel started making a knocking sound . Took it for yearly service and mentioned the noise , was told they couldn’t find anything and that all the other Corolla Crosses made exactly the same noise .
