Bad Customer service. Their Managers does not even care about the customers and really up tight. Poor aftersales support. Wouldn't consider buying from this Toyota dealer.

After having our Prado in at Grand Toyota for fitting of genuine Toyota cargo barrier with the fitting booked on their recommendation of 4 hrs that then turned into 9.5 hrs! ( they had wanted to keep overnight) On picking up to find damage to the back bumper! We returned to show this damage with no accountability, poor service , totally unprofessional will never return!
