Very disappointing experience. I took my car in for a service and was given no proper rundown of its condition afterwards no advice on what, if anything, needed checking or replacing. They did wash the car externally as a complimentary gesture, but when I got it back one of the blind-spot side mirrors was broken. Went in for a test drive on a fleet hilux, I was ready to sign the papers as there was a car in stock in the spec I wanted. Team left me stood there for ages like a lost dog in the middle of the dealership while apparently the salesman was out the back unloading trucks, they couldn’t have anyone else help me or take my details. Went to Scarboro Toyota and they were on to it straight away, didn’t have the car I wanted but they did anything they could to find one. In 2019 I bought a Kluger from Grand Toyota. In 2026 it had a whine coming from the transmission box. Arranged with Grand Toyota for it to get checked out. The car was put in at 7:30am and I got it back at 10:30am. Gentleman gave me the keys, he told me the noise is coming from the transmission.
