We had bought two vehicles (C-HR Koba Hybrid, 2023 and RAV4 Cruiser Hybrid, 2024). Zero stars every day of the week. Went in with an issue with my new Prado under warranty. Countless independent mechanics arose the issue and told me to go back for warranty. Grand Toyota had their "guru" look at the car like a potato and said nothing wrong . Then proceeded to try and charge me for time spent looking at my car. Avoid the place like COVID!
