I recently had my 100,000 k service in Wangara and have been extremely disappointed with the experience. I emailed the customer service dept with my complaint 2 weeks ago and if they had bothered to respond I wouldn’t be giving this review. Car was in for a day and I was told they would need it the next day as there were extra items needing attention. Fine by me. 4.35pm the next day I rang to see if it was ready and they said they were about to text me that it was ready. No issue with that and I caught an uber which arrived ... read more
Took our 2021 prado in for a 70,000km service , was told it needed new rear brakes, paid them $1700 to service the car do the rear brakes , when we received the car back the hand brake was not operating which had obviously not been adjusted when they did the rear brakes , this resulted in us having to bring the car back to them where we were left waiting for around 3 hours while they tried to fix the problem.
Recently bought a new van from Toyota Wangara and had a fantastic experience. All the staff were very helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond to deliver the van in agreed time and with various accessories fitted. Special thanks to Rachael, Vikram, Joshua and David for all their help.
Excellent service from Lee and Stuart. Service team is great but receptionist ( phone enquiries) needs to work on her telephone manners.
5 Star service by Kane as well as his Team Member Tameka. Kane acknowledged our case so efficiently with a positive allround service. Haven't seen such service from a Team Member like Kane! Keep up the fantastic work you do!
