Managed to get a booking for our landcruiser service within a few days, staff were helpful and friendly when we dropped the car off and picked it up. Service is great, car is also super clean which is a nice bonus

Sales person was very helpful even though it was very busy.
Since my review below, Ashley from Grant Toyota has been in touch and did some thorough investigation into my complaint. Has apologised and assured me this won’t happen again. Very impressed with him. I recently had my 100,000 k service in Wangara and have been extremely disappointed with the experience. I emailed the customer service dept with my complaint 2 weeks ago and if they had bothered to respond I wouldn’t be giving this review. Very unorganised service department with poor communication throughout the process. Unfortunately, the staff did not demonstrate sufficient knowledge to handle even simple issues, which led to delays and frustration. This experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this Toyota branch.
