We stayed here for a celebration of birthdays, anniversary, and a much deserved summer trip for the kids. We had a mixed experience of good and bad, but were really disappointed in their ridiculous resort fees- be aware before you book! For a two bedroom we had to pay $280 in resort fees which was explained/ “justified” as fees for maintenance, to use their pool, theatre, shuttle service, etc. As a time share owner I can say, we already pay this for our home resort, and I know the Hyatt doesn’t charge incoming guests who’ve ... read more
