The Grand Timber Lodge staff went above and beyond! My family and I had an amazing stay over Thanksgiving but left something very important in the room during check out. The staff worked together to find an employee who was driving to Denver that evening and they personally delivered the item to us. Wow! That is the ultimate in customer service. Thank you SO MUCH!
Great rooms.
We spent the weekend at this resort and enjoyed our stay. They have a heated garage which is awesome as your car won’t be freezing when you step outside. The rooms themselves are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a few pans, extra soap, trash bags, etc. the beds are a little on the hard side, but nothing too terrible.
