My current hair stylist is on maternity leave and suggested Grand Textures in her absence. I attempted to schedule online but ultimately was not able to. I do not know why. I never got a confirmation of an appointment or anything. However, I was charged the entire amount of the appointment. Janay is fabulous! Her knowledge of hair, coloring, cut for the texture and client’s desire is top notch! I am always super comfortable in her chair and I sit back and just let her do her magic! Thank you!!
I was in desperate need of a haircut and Janay was great, she took her time to listen to my wants and needs. I was very satisfied with the results she was also very easy to talk to and she provided me with so much information and recommendations on how to take care of my hair and also recommendations on how to take care of daughters hair. Janay will be overflowing with great reviews in no time! Honestly the best hair cuts I have ever gotten, and I've been to some high end stylists. She has my hair so well shaped that stying always gives perfect results. She is super sweet and comfortable. The very best out there!
Janay is great! She was so personable; she talked with me for about 30 minutes before even cutting my hair. She asked me to fully explain what I wanted. She discussed the characteristics of my hair and how the different textures will lay after the cut. It was a very positive experience; I’m looking forward to the next visit,
