Was told my reservation was canceled @ 2:30pm when I tried to check evening of the 23rd. Made the reservations in Jan 2025 and recieved confirmation email the day of my stay. Front desk staff couldn't locate me with my name (which i thought was a lie), go grab my phone to give them confirmation number and that's when I was told my reservation was canceled. We had a terrible experience at this hotel. I made a deposit of $50 at the check-in desk, which would be returned to me. I went into the room and didn't even turn on the TV because it didn't have a remote control. When I left, they didn't give me my money back. They charged me $48 for a remote control that I've never seen in my life. The service was terrible. I explained that I didn't see the remote control when I entered the room, and the receptionist still charged me $48. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I felt robb... read more
