I have been calling to get my daughter scheduled for an appointment and nobody answers the phone. I've been calling since last week.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST medical office I have ever been to. I have been going to him for all my life because there are literally no other child neurologists in town. Firstly, the staff are very rude and love to make jokes at your expense. Second, it is practically impossible to get ahold of the office. Pretty much every single time I need to get an appointment I have to physically walk in the office to get one. We call over 15 times and never get an answer or a call back. Peter has seen my cousin for many years and has been amazing with him. He is patient and listens to the concerns of the family and is an amazing neurologist! Would recommend him to anyone who has a child that needs help he is great and will go above and beyond for his patients! His EEG tech is very helpful and understanding with their patients!

Dr. Castellanos is the only neurologist I will go to after having a horrible experience with Dr. Carol Vance (she is now retired). I was misdiagnosed with epilepsy/seizures for a good chunk of my life which caused a lot of set backs and other issues for many years. I had issues for being on multiple medications long term for a condition I never had.
