Worst experience ever we sat there for a hour waiting for the doctor to come in and tell us the results. Just to find out as we walked out and left the doctor wasn't even there he was at the hospital but still had all his patients scheduled to see him instead of canceling because the hospital was more important. Now I can't even get them to send the results to the primary care doctor so I can figure out what is going on with my child.
MY daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy, and they have always been extremely helpful, and usually offer more than one treatment so that it suits the needs of the patient and parents.
I have been calling to get my daughter scheduled for an appointment and nobody answers the phone. I've been calling since last week.
I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST medical office I have ever been to. I have been going to him for all my life because there are literally no other child neurologists in town. Firstly, the staff are very rude and love to make jokes at your expense. Second, it is practically impossible to get ahold of the office. Pretty much every single time I need to get an appointment I have to physically walk in the office to get one. We call over 15 times and never get an answer or a call back.
