Carol squeezed us in for tests and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Recommend it was worth the drive.
If there was zero star option I would put that. This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. First, it’s absolutely filthy in there. Second, the staff is beyond rude and unprofessional with major attitudes. Third, I don’t think having a dog in there running around is very clean. Felt like I was at the vet clinic. I am very unimpressed with our experience here. We got referred here since they are the only pediatric neurology in town. The staff was rude and would never answer the phone nor return messages. I had to go in just to make the appointment. I walked in to an empty office and waited for 5 minutes before I was able to see or get any one's attention.
