We were quarter share owners here for 25 years! We still chose this hotel over any other in the area. You can swim outdoors all winter, ski down to Attitash Bear Peak out the back door, dine for breakfast and lunch inside the hotel, and hike across the street. House keeping doesn’t seem as good as it once was. The rooms are dated, but the outdoor heated pool is still beautiful and clean. The prices are low for a one bedroom suite for sure. Great experience here, especially for the cost. Agreed with others that some things felt a bit outdated, but it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great and staff was really friendly and helpful. Only thing I’d update is the in-house dining options. It would have been great to have the cafe open later in the day since the taproom is currently closed.

The staff made the difference here. It’s a great location and comfortable for a family. The staff were all warm, friendly, and attentive. The location and amenities are great, but the staff truly deserve the praise.

I booked a room at Attitash Grand Summit Resort online and received a confirmation email with the correct room type, my accurate information, and a confirmation number. When I arrived at 8 PM, I was told there was no record of my reservation. Later, staff said they did see it, but that it had been canceled “in the system.” They then claimed my credit card was declined, which was not true and had ample available credit.
