Purchased room with QUEEN bed, the room had a full bed. They refused to change our room, despite the website showing more rooms were in fact available for booking. The coffee machine was also broken. Would rate 0 stars if we could.

The room got this rating mostly because the murphy bed was awful. Everything else here was perfect.

Honestly a little disappointed in our stay for the premium price we paid. The hotel is outdated and just didn’t meet our expectations. The hallway floors have soft/low spots throughout, big enough that our daughter tripped and fell after stepping in one. Also the hallways were humid and hot like the AC was not working. I know that the summer is probably the “off season” but the restaurant at the hotel was closed during our stay as well, which was not advertised anywhere- not to mention one of the hot tubs was out of service ... read more

Currently staying here as we speak. Biggest letdown. We went to check in at our check-in time and we were told that they were not sure when our room would be ready. We had to wait in the lobby for 1.5 hours with other families until our room was ready.. they did not tell us that the restaurant is shut down indefinitely, or that one of the hot tubs is not working… The staff also cut his finger while making our food, and I did not see him wash his hands. HORRIBLE place to stay
