I had Hondas for years. Their terrible service department is what brought me to Subaru. I now own 2 Subs and their service department is such a pleasure to work with. I'm a Subie for life. When you get scheduled service they keep you informed of inspection results via text, which is very convenient.

The service department is excellent. They recently helped me through an emissions testing issue and Joe, my advisor, went above and beyond to help me out. I cannot thank them enough.
