Terrible customer service they didn't let us know that the stylist didn't show up so they were switching us to someone else then after waiting 30mins the lady pretty much told her how she was gonna cut her hair it was nothing like my girl wanted then my girlfriend told her the color she wanted just to find out that they didn't have the color ... dark red ... then... she said ok so let's figure out a day to do this .. what !!
