Dr. Dean has agreed to work with us on the HSA and is looking for a new system that can properly accept debit cards, especially for those with HSA cards. They are also working on crediting back the surcharge from previous charges. Original Review: Much like a previous review, we have had continuous issues with billing and insurance. I would like to retract my earlier review of Grand Strand Vision, Dr Mark Dean. There was confusion due to a misunderstanding which lead to frustration. Dr Dean and his staff, worked with us to reach a mutual agreement satisfactory to all. We thank Dr Dean for graciously resolving this matter in good faith. Quite disappointing. Kind people. Paid them to make my eyes worse. I now have a vertical misalignment and my nose is in my field of vision. It would have been much better for me if they were expert enough to refer me to someone who specialized in the problem I had.
