DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HORRIABLE COMPANY!!! The condo was dated We were charged a cleaning fee for carpet cleaning that we were not responsible for. I find it very SKETCHY that the carpet cleaning company that they use is also the cleaners that clean the condo and decide if the carpet is in need of cleaning. Then they put on their carpet cleaning company hat and charge the customer for service that they judged needed doing. We rented a condo at Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club unit 220. The room was unclean, black mold on vents and shower areas, the furniture was broke and you couldn't sit on the bar stool. The beds and sheets were unclean as well. 1 bed didn't have the comforter on it the whole time we stayed and the other had marks on it. looked like crap. Took it to the main office and informed the "General" manager Alica Altman of our issues and that we would be expecting a refund of our linen and cleaning charges as well as a return of some... read more
