This is the worse doctor office ever. What ever you do don’t go there. I started going there a little over a year ago and it has been a disaster. When I call my first time was to schedule a yearly checkup when in for my appointment and was told sorry we can’t do your physical today. You have to do a new patient appointment and then you can have your physical. Why wasn’t I told this when I called to get a physical? Had to wait another 2 months and then they call and cancel. I live in Australia & for several years have been receiving emails addressed to a patient at this Practice. As Gmail does not permit duplicate email addresses, either the patient has provided an incorrect email address or the Practice has entered the patient's email address into their records incorrectly
Me and my wife Kristen have started seeing Heather Vincent here.🧑 I suck at writing so bare with me on my horrible grammar. I am the very nervous type and such when it comes to doctors many misunderstand me because I have poor communication skills. I get zero bad vibes from Ms. Vincent. This office is incredibly incompetent. We saw the nurse practitioner my daughter who has chronic illness. And she had the nerve to say that she would not refill our prescriptions because she did not think my child was on orthopedic blood pressure, medicine, or medicine from nerve pain. The nurse practitioner was Heather.. The lady nam. ed Karen that works at that office is a complete idiot. She does not know anything about medical care.
