My family and I think this place is great! The staff is always very friendly and helpful! My son had a tournament game last night, so I took him there for batting practice yesterday! It must've paid off because he hit one to the fence LOL! Proud momma!!!
The staff here is very helpful, knowledgeable, and cares about the customer!
We took our 7 year old son and 9 year old daughter to Grand Slam USA Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very knowledgeable of the products they sale. They took the time to answer all of our questions and offer suggestions as to what they thought was the best product for our children. We will return for future softball/baseball needs.
Great people and Great service. We have been using their facility and store for several years.
