Easily the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I received my food almost 40 minutes late (not the first time) and my food was completely soggy to the point of not being able to eat it. I was told I was getting a credit on my "account". I ordered again today and the credit was not put towards my order so I called and was told (obviously with attitude from the woman on the other line) they don't do credits as of today. How ironic.
