Very disappointed in the work. Was quoted for my foyer, upstairs hallway and office. He didn’t do my upstairs hallway. He claimed that he was told just all the high stuff in the foyer and stairway up. I disagree. The quote and estimate clearly says upstairs hallway. Make sure you both understand what words mean cause he may not finish the job or act like he even wants to be there.
