SCRATCHED MY TOUCH SCREEN!! And car is still FILTHY inside. The manager said “he said he didn’t do it” and I said well then how did it get there? He said “well idk how YOU did it”. UNBELIEVABLE! Listen to his claim: “the dash and screen still dirty so how we scratch it?” So yeah two problems. One. Still dirty. He’s right!! But TWO. You have to really buff to get finger prints out. Damaged my vehicle and did not take responsibility for it.
Been going here since they first opened, but after today, NEVER AGAIN! I did not appreciate 3 radio stations reprogrammed to Mexican music! First person I tried talking to, of course, no speak English!! Finally talked to manager and his response was " well, probably hit them by accident." Really? I told him when programming stations you hold for a few seconds and 3 stations!! Also, they don't give Facebook discount anymore is what I was told today. Nope, won't be going back!!
