Good impression initially, but COMPLETELY downhill after that. Billy's quality of communication and work very unprofessional. Asked him to repair zones/lines not working but he focused primarily on replacing sprinkler heads - now would NOT trust him to replace sprinkler heads (see photos). Left solenoid box covers off, said mowers responsible for removing dozens of flags they left behind, left holes in turf, heads badly elevated (trip hazards) and unadjusted (watered buildings instead of lawn); left 2" supply line broken. They did a good job on my retaining wall. The irrigation system I believe was just over his head. I didn’t post anything with the initial experience that cost me a significant amount of money to fix. Now they have a storefront and we went to buy irrigation parts and we’re not asking for them to perform any services on our property. Without asking for services they start telling us they will never work for us because we fired them. I definitely would not use them that’s why I’m buying the parts myself. Great initial experience then could not figure out the problem. Paid several thousand dollars then had an expert evaluate discussed issue and of course admits to know liability had to have everything reworked and fixed again at a cost of $4000.
