Stopped by during my work trip in Boston to get my first Grand Seiko. Had a great experience buying here. Brian Yan was great to work with and was very helpful. He showed me plenty of pieces and was very patient during the process and answered any questions I had. Ended up picking up the GS Shunbun which is a stunning piece. Very happy with my experience here & hope to be back in the future!
Terrific customer service. Stopped by briefly as we were just visiting in town. Beyond the offers to try on the watches available, we were given wonderful suggestions for exploring the town. That experience and hospitality is was great to have visiting an unfamiliar city.
Obsessed, Christian was such a gentleman and made the purchase seamless.
