I don't understand some of these reviews. I've had Grand for about 3 years now and have never had any issues. Their service is normal. They pick up the trash when they're supposed to, they always put my cans back, and I never really have any issues. If I call with questions about my bill or holiday schedules I always get the same people at the office helping me out so it's nice to not have to deal with prompts and then waiting forever for someone to pick up! We get great service at a reasonable price, the guys on the truck are great and even come get the trash from the side of the house if we forget to put it out!

Called left 3 message that trash was not picked up, spoke to lady in office 2 time. Told someone was coming back, No return calls no trash pick up, trash over running in front of house eye sore to neighborhood and my house. Who will take responsibility for the 100 hundred dollar fine the township can give me? The lady in the office or the truck that didn't pick it up. great service! Couldn't have made a better decision. BEST customer service and BEST pricing in Somerset County. Excellent crew who are always very neat and prompt when picking up! Also used them for a Roll Off Container after a flood. Was a quick, easy and painless process! Never thought I would be this thrilled with a garbage hauler! Already recommended to friends and family!

Call them if you want to have a wake up call at 4AM, during the week and on Saturdays. Tried to get them to change the route, but they didn't care that they lost my or my neighbors' business.

and now trying to charge me for their lack of service! They dumped other people's garbage all over my driveway, failed to pick up trash, and then skipped my house for 3 months. I had to sign up with another company. Horrible business!

I have been with Grand Sanitation as a customer for 8 years. The service has gone downhill. In the early years they used American workers. Now they have gone on the cheap. These guys are very quick. They drop garbage at times in front of my house. They also don't even bother to roll the can back to the curb if the can was full. It is like they are mad that the can is full. Everything has to go into bags at an extra cost to the customer, so what is so hard about putting the can back to the curb. Today as I write this review, ... read more
